Card Key Issuance Agreement
The airport is transitioning from a punch code system to a new card key access system effective March 1, 2026. All tenants and personnel must obtain their card key before this date to ensure continued access. The previous punch code access will be deactivated on this date. Appointments may be scheduled online or by calling the office.
This agreement confirms receipt of a card key for secure access to airport facilities and outlines the responsibilities associated with its use. All tenants and personnel must schedule an appointment with Megan in the office to obtain their new card key.

Terms and Conditions
- Purpose of Use
This card key is issued for access to secure areas of Burlington Alamance Regional Airport, including hangar facilities and tenant-only zones. It is intended solely for the use of the individual listed above. - Non-Transferable
The card key may not be transferred, duplicated, or shared with anyone. Doing so will result in the revocation of access privileges. - Loss or Damage
The tenant must notify airport staff immediately if the card key is lost, stolen, or damaged. A replacement fee may apply. - New Personnel Notification
If a tenant hires a new employee or personnel member, the tenant must promptly notify the airport office. Each new employee is required to schedule an appointment and obtain their own individual card key prior to beginning work on the premises. - Return Policy
The card key must be returned upon termination of tenancy, revocation of access, or at the request of airport management. - Aircraft Inventory Updates
The FAA requires airports to report all based aircraft inventory. Tenants are required to notify airport management whenever they purchase, sell, trade, or otherwise change ownership of an aircraft. This ensures accurate inventory records for airport operations and compliance with state requirements mandating the Airport Authority to maintain and submit up-to-date aircraft inventories. - Safe Driving Policy
Tenants and their guests must adhere to safe driving practices while on airport property. The maximum speed limit is 10 mph at all times. - Liability
The tenant assumes full responsibility for the use of the card key and any access gained through its use.
